Data collected
Contact form: name, surname, email, phone, stay dates and message, provided voluntarily to receive a reply.
Bookings: if you continue to the Octorate engine, booking and payment data are processed by Octorate on its own systems.
Technical browsing data (e.g. IP address, server logs) collected by the hosting for security and diagnostics.
Traffic statistics via Umami: anonymous, aggregated data (page views, sources, device), with no cookies and no profiling; hosted in the European Union and not identifying individual users.
Purpose and legal basis
To answer enquiries sent via the form (pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest in following up).
To manage bookings and the stay (performance of the contract, via Octorate).
To comply with legal obligations: tax, public-security guest registration (Alloggiati Web) and statistics (ISTAT / Campania Region).
To ensure the security of the site (legitimate interest).
Recipients and processors
Data may be processed by suppliers appointed as data processors: Web3Forms (delivery of form messages), Octorate (booking engine), Netsons (hosting and email).
For legal obligations, data may be shared with the competent authorities (Police via Alloggiati Web, Region/ISTAT). It is not disseminated.
Retention
Data is kept only as long as necessary for the purposes and then deleted, save for statutory retention periods (e.g. tax and public-security obligations).
Non-EU transfers
Some suppliers may process data outside the European Union under appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses).
Your rights
