Last updated: June 2026
These conditions apply to direct bookings at B&B Eco Pompei (Via Sacra 29, 80045 Pompei NA). Bookings made through external portals (Booking, Airbnb, Expedia, etc.) follow that portal's conditions.
Booking and confirmation
Bookings are made online through our booking engine (Octorate) or by contacting us directly, and are confirmed once the property sends confirmation.
At check-in, all guests must show a valid ID document for public-security reporting purposes (Alloggiati Web).
Rates and what's included
Rates are per room, per night, and include breakfast. Any additional services are shown at the time of booking.
Payment and deposit
Payment methods and any deposit are shown during booking. For the refundable rate, a 50% deposit is required at booking; the balance is paid on arrival.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation terms depend on the rate selected and are always summarised before confirmation.
Flexible (refundable) rate: free cancellation up to 10 days before the arrival date; after that, or in case of no-show, the full amount (100%) will be charged.
“Non-refundable” rate: the amount is charged at booking and is not refundable in case of cancellation or change.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in 11:00–13:30 and 16:00–19:00. Check-out by 10:00. Out-of-hours (late) arrivals possible by arrangement.
City tax
The Municipality of Pompei's city tax is due per person, per night, payable at the property and not included in the rate. Amount: € 3.00 per person/night. Children under 16 and guests over 70 are exempt; the tax applies for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.
House rules
Out of respect for other guests, quiet hours apply at night. Smoking is not allowed indoors. Pets: small and medium-sized pets allowed on request (a surcharge may apply). Children: children aged 0–2 stay free; a cot is available with a € 10.00 per day surcharge. Any damage will be charged to the responsible party.
